Certified Orthodontic Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

I assist the doctors with many aspects of patient care. I also discuss treatment options, as well as financial arrangements with patients and parents. I enjoy learning who our patients are and being part of their lives. It’s a pleasure to come to work each day because of our wonderful patients, our doctors, and our staff. We all strive to give our patients the best care we can.

I am married with three children and two cats. When we are not watching our children play football, baseball, and softball, we enjoy camping with our family and friends. For some “me” time, I like to read books and have my nails done in creative designs. Stephen King is my favorite author!

Financial Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant

I love working as a financial coordinator and helping patients navigate their insurance questions and payment options! It always puts a smile on my face to see how relieved and excited they are when we can make their financial process smoother. It truly is a joy to work alongside such welcoming, knowledgeable, and hilarious team members!

When I’m not in the office, I spend my free time with family and friends, reading, & I’m always up to go on a new adventure!

I love getting to know patients and seeing how happy they are with their smile at the end of treatment! I help patients during their appointments: offering chairside assistance during procedures as Dr. Ivy and Dr. Kathleen transform our patients’ smiles. Our team is so much fun; we love to sing, dance, and joke around, and it makes the office a great environment!

I live with my husband Chris, son Christopher, and goofy dog Buddy in Middleton. I love hiking, painting, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends. I am also a huge gamer!

I love being an orthodontic assistant and helping the doctors make our patients comfortable and happy with their smile. Being raised in North Andover, I love working in the area and meeting all of our locals. I love connecting with our patients and hearing all about themselves. I'm happy to be part of such an amazing team. We all come to work, devoted and ready for a sucessful day , everyday.

Outside of work you can catch me making memories with my son, shopping or with my big family.

Orthodontic Assistant

After working for over 20 years as a pediatric dental assistant, I decided to switch specialties. In my previous experience, I gained incredible dental knowledge. However, more importantly it taught me how to care for patients and to make sure that they felt safe, comfortable and to look forward to coming back to the office. I chairside assist the doctors during orthodontic procedures. I love being able to meet and build relationships with our patients. My favorite moments are when patients come through the doors filled with smiles and looking forward to their visit. I feel very lucky to have found a dental home with amazing doctors and an awesome staff.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mark. We like travelling, whether it's exploring a new place, or a spontaneous road trip. We also enjoy renovating our new (old) home. I also enjoy spending time up on Ossipee Lake with out friends and family. I am also a fur mama to our cats, Moe and Pepper.

The reason I became dental assistant is because from what I can remember I've always been around it. My mom is a dental assistant so I knew I always wanted to end up in the dental field. When I turned 19, my mom took me under her wing and trained me and 5 years later I’m still doing what I love! When I’m not a dental assistant. I am a mother of 2 greats babies my daughter and son and we love to go on adventures and going to grandmas house since that is my kids' favorite place.

During my own treatment I fell in love with how my teeth transformed to my dream smile. I struggled with smiling before. Now I love smiling without feeling scared. At every appointment I would get excited to see what would happen next for my treatment. This journey became my reason to become an orthodontic assistant and seeing others happy about their treatment, because I know the feeling of coming a long way for a smile you’ve always wanted. After-hours I’m hitting the gym or going on runs or home doing self care, reading or doing things that make me feel ready to conquer the next day!
