Certified Orthodontic Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

I assist the doctors with many aspects of patient care. I also discuss treatment options, as well as financial arrangements with patients and parents. I enjoy learning who our patients are and being part of their lives. It’s a pleasure to come to work each day because of our wonderful patients, our doctors, and our staff. We all strive to give our patients the best care we can.

I am married with three children and two cats. When we are not watching our children play football, baseball, and softball, we enjoy camping with our family and friends. For some “me” time, I like to read books and have my nails done in creative designs. Stephen King is my favorite author!

Hi, my name is Taneille and I'm the front desk coordinator here at Chan & Chen Orthodontics. I really enjoy meeting all our patients and hearing their stories.
I have two beautiful kids, Isabella and DeVaughn. My husband and I really enjoy outdoor activities, trying new restaurants and family date nights.

I love getting to know patients and seeing how happy they are with their smile at the end of treatment! I help patients during their appointments: offering chairside assistance during procedures as Dr. Ivy and Dr. Kathleen transform our patients’ smiles. Our team is so much fun; we love to sing, dance, and joke around, and it makes the office a great environment!

I live with my husband Chris, son Christopher, and goofy dog Buddy in Middleton. I love hiking, painting, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends. I am also a huge gamer!

I love being an orthodontic assistant and helping the doctors make our patients comfortable and happy with their smile. Being raised in North Andover, I love working in the area and meeting all of our locals. I love connecting with our patients and hearing all about themselves. I'm happy to be part of such an amazing team. We all come to work, devoted and ready for a sucessful day , everyday.

Outside of work you can catch me making memories with my son, shopping or with my big family.

Orthodontic Assistant

After working for over 20 years as a pediatric dental assistant, I decided to switch specialties. In my previous experience, I gained incredible dental knowledge. However, more importantly it taught me how to care for patients and to make sure that they felt safe, comfortable and to look forward to coming back to the office. I chairside assist the doctors during orthodontic procedures. I love being able to meet and build relationships with our patients. My favorite moments are when patients come through the doors filled with smiles and looking forward to their visit. I feel very lucky to have found a dental home with amazing doctors and an awesome staff.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mark. We like travelling, whether it's exploring a new place, or a spontaneous road trip. We also enjoy renovating our new (old) home. I also enjoy spending time up on Ossipee Lake with out friends and family. I am also a fur mama to our cats, Moe and Pepper.

I work chairside helping our doctors during orthodontic procedures. I really enjoy getting to know each patient as well as watching them grow throughout their treatment time. They have the best smiles! Our team is great and I’m so glad to be a part of a team that is so considerate and kind. When I’m not in the office you can find me with either family or friends, traveling or shopping.
